When you submit our Private Client Application, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, neighborhood or ZIP code, your dog's name, breed and age, preferred services and schedule, and any additional care details you include.
Please do not submit door codes, passwords, payment card details, or sensitive medical information through the application.
02 / How We Use Information
We use application information to review inquiries, assess whether our services may be a suitable fit, communicate with prospective clients, and arrange next steps if appropriate. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or a booking.
03 / Form Processing
Our application form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. When you submit the form, the information is transmitted to Formspree for processing and delivery to our business email. Formspree's handling of that information is also subject to its own privacy practices. You can review Formspree's privacy policy.
04 / Sharing and Retention
We use the information for the purposes described above and do not sell applicant information. Information may be handled by service providers involved in receiving and managing inquiries, including Formspree and our email provider. We retain information as needed to manage inquiries and business records, subject to applicable requirements. You may contact us to ask about your information or request deletion, where applicable.
05 / Website Technology
Our website may load fonts from Google Fonts and use standard server or service-provider logs. We do not currently operate a website advertising or behavioral-tracking system. If our technology or practices change, we will update this policy as appropriate.

You may choose not to submit an application. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted, contact us using the email below. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where required or permitted by law.
